Davin Sundvick
Davin Sundvick is Broker, Investor, and Leader in the real estate industry who is passionate about helping people build their wealth. As the founder of Sundvick Realty, his mission is to increase access to trustworthy information about real estate investing. As a team, we live out this mission by coaching new agents so they can be leaders in the Greater Las Vegas area.
Davin has over 8 years of real estate investment industry experience, is a passionate outdoorsmen who participates in conservation, and supports multiple charities in Las Vegas, NV. He is also the founding president of SPARC, a networking community for Las Vegas Entrepreneurs who actively support, coach, and mentor new business owners.
Davin studied Business Administration at The University of Nevada, Reno and graduated with a Bachelors of Marketing and Minor in Statistics. He uses this knowledge in combination with his experience in the real estate industry to give his clients and agents every edge possible in the real estate market.
Wanda Shumar
Wanda Shumar is a Broker Sales Manager for the Commercial Sales and Leasing Team for S & S Commercial Advisors a division of Sundvick Realty. She has over thirty-five years’ experience in Commercial Banking and most recently as a Senior Vice President Regional Manager with Bank of George. Wanda has lived and worked in Henderson for twenty-eight years and has an extensive background in working with Commercial clients and High Net Worth clients. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and her Master’s in Business Management. Wanda gives back to her community and currently serves on the Community Education Advisory Board for the City of Henderson, the Henderson Library Foundation Board and is the current Treasurer, the Chamberlain School of Nursing Advisory Board and is an active member in her church; Green Valley United Methodist as the current Treasurer and has been a member of the Finance Committee and Church Council for nine
years.
Wanda provides each of her clients with the customized strategic planning they need, bringing their business to the next level. This sets Wanda apart from her competition by helping people reach their business and financial goals. She is a local and experienced professional that truly cares about her clients and enjoys connecting people for a truly unique experience.
Zak Shellhammer
Zak is a licensed Broker and Business Consultant. He has 15+ years of experience in real estate sales, training, property management, and business development throughout the Las Vegas & Southern NV areas. Zak is as passionate about coaching and inspiring other professionals as he is with helping people reach their goals of home ownership and investment. He has specialized in Residential Sales, Commercial Transactions, REO, Short Sales, and Marketing. Personally and professionally, his goal is to always pool the most effective professionals and community members together to work side by side, create solutions, and give back to the Southern Nevada area.
Marissa Marshall
Marissa Marshall is a licesned REALTOR®️ and Real Estate Photographer in Las Vegas, NV. She is a Certified Residential Specialist and has a strong passion for working with Buyers and Sellers to help people find the space that works for them. With a love of travel and having lived in several major markets, she has come to call Las Vegas her home, learning the ins and outs of our eclectic city.
Whether representing Buyers or Sellers, Marissa’s background in stage production allows her to help each client dig deep to find and flesh out the small details that are important. This helps set the next stage in their own lives. Working as a Real Estate Photographer allows her to see all parts of the city and get the scoop on upcoming listings, understand the lay of the land, and get a bigger picture of our amazing Southern NV region. Being a listing photographer also allows her to get a sneak peek of listings before they hit the market and also build a relationship with many listing agents in our area.
Marissa is a people person and networking facilitator who loves to spend time connecting with many businesses and professionals in our valley. Her membership to several groups allows her the unique ability to link clients to all the right people and properties.
In her free time she loves outdoor activities and artistic endeavors. Marissa resides in the southwest corner of the valley and loves it, as it gives her access to hiking trails in Desert Hills and Red Rock Canyon with her dog. When she’s not playing outside she loves to be in the kitchen crafting amazing meals for her friends and family
Marissa also dedicates some of her free time to helping out at the local dog rescues photographing animals so they are able to be adopted.
Marissa is also a member of International Alliance of Stage Employees (IATSE)
